GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Purchase Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Lanora Ronée Photography (“LRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating from The Unleashed Studio in Fort Worth, Texas.

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms along with any additional terms shown on the applicable checkout page, booking page, invoice, contract, event page, or offer description.
PURCHASES COVERED BY THESE TERMS
These terms may apply to purchases including, but not limited to:
Photography sessions
Babes Days and other events
All Access Passes
Hype Squad or other membership/program fees
Pop-up events
Session upgrades and add-ons
Image collections and gallery upgrades
Albums, Retroviewers, reels, prints, wall art, folios, and other physical products
Digital products and downloads
Credits, promotional offers, and gift purchases
Payment plans
Other products, services, experiences, or offers sold by LRP
Some purchases may also require a separate photography contract, event waiver, model release, ambassador agreement, safety agreement, or other document.
If an offer-specific agreement contains terms that differ from these general terms, the offer-specific agreement controls for that purchase.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or participate in adult LRP services, events, memberships, or experiences unless LRP expressly permits otherwise in writing.
PAYMENT
By completing checkout, you authorize LRP and its payment processor to charge the payment method selected for the amount displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing current and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases. A later sale, promotion, coupon, or price change does not create a retroactive price adjustment unless LRP specifically states otherwise.
Taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees may be added when required.
PAYMENT PLANS
When a payment plan is selected, you are agreeing to the entire purchase amount, not purchasing each installment individually.
Payments will be charged according to the schedule agreed to at checkout or through your payment agreement.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
A failed installment does not cancel the remaining balance owed.
If payments become delinquent, LRP may pause access, booking privileges, product production, image delivery, event participation, or other benefits associated with the purchase until the account is brought current.
Stopping participation, choosing not to attend, or deciding not to use the purchased offering does not automatically cancel the remaining balance.
Any alternate payment arrangement must be approved by LRP in writing.
FINAL SALE + REFUNDS
Unless a specific offer states otherwise in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes payments toward:
Sessions
Event tickets
Memberships
Annual passes
Payment plans
Digital products
Images and galleries
Products
Add-ons and upgrades
Credits
Promotional purchases
Because many LRP purchases involve reserved availability, limited quantities, custom work, event capacity, production costs, or access that cannot be resold once reserved, refunds are not provided simply because plans change or the purchaser later chooses not to use the purchase.
Any exception must be approved by LRP in writing.
BOOKING + AVAILABILITY
Purchasing an offer does not automatically reserve a specific photography date, event time, appointment, or booking slot unless the offer specifically says that it does.
When a purchase includes future booking access, you are responsible for using the provided booking link, coupon code, credit, or reservation process within any stated deadlines.
Priority booking means you may receive access before general booking opens. It does not guarantee a particular appointment time unless specifically stated in writing.
Limited-capacity events and appointment times remain subject to availability.
MISSED EVENTS + UNUSED BENEFITS
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, unused sessions, event admissions, upgrades, credits, image allowances, bonuses, or other benefits do not automatically convert to cash, refunds, or credits toward unrelated purchases.
Programs covering multiple events or an entire year are priced as a package.
Choosing not to attend or redeem one portion of the package does not reduce the original purchase price.
Any transfer, rollover, substitution, or accommodation is at LRP’s discretion unless otherwise stated in the offer.
CREDITS + PROMOTIONAL VALUE
Credits, promotional bonuses, coupon codes, referral rewards, complimentary upgrades, and similar benefits:
Have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise
Cannot be redeemed for cash
May be limited to specific products, events, or services
May have expiration dates or redemption requirements
Cannot be combined with other promotions unless permitted
Cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases unless specifically approved
DIGITAL IMAGES + PRODUCTS
Digital images, galleries, downloads, and other digital purchases are final once delivered or made accessible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing digital photographs gives the purchaser a personal-use license.
Copyright remains with Lanora Ronée Photography.
Images may not be sold, commercially licensed, substantially altered, entered into contests as the purchaser’s own work, or used commercially without written permission from LRP.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Albums, Retroviewers, reels, prints, wall art, folios, custom products, and other physical goods may require production time.
Estimated production or delivery timelines are not guaranteed shipping dates.
Custom products may not be returned or exchanged for preference changes after the order has been approved or submitted for production.
If a physical product arrives damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact LRP promptly so the issue can be reviewed with the applicable lab or manufacturer.
MODEL RELEASE + IMAGE PRIVACY
Purchasing from LRP does not automatically give LRP permission to publicly use your boudoir images.
Any permission to publish, advertise with, share, display, or otherwise commercially use identifiable client photographs will be governed by a separate model release or offer-specific agreement.
Certain programs—such as Hype Squad, model calls, portfolio-building sessions, or specifically advertised promotional opportunities—may require a full model release as a condition of participation.
When a release is required, that requirement will be disclosed separately.
CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you voluntarily provide LRP with a testimonial, review, written feedback, behind-the-scenes content, or other material specifically for marketing or publication, you grant LRP permission to use that submitted material for reasonable business and promotional purposes.
This provision does not independently create a model release for professional images created during your photography session.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES
Payments may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, or other checkout providers.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, fees, lending decisions, or payment policies.
LRP does not control third-party financing approvals or account decisions.
CHARGEBACKS + PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact LRP first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid contractual balance or other payment obligation.
LRP may provide invoices, checkout records, agreements, delivery records, communication history, access records, and these terms to a financial institution reviewing a disputed transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules.
COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for providing a working email address and phone number and for reviewing communications related to your purchase.
Important information may include:
Booking links
Event schedules
Payment notices
Deadlines
Gallery information
Coupon codes
Product approvals
Delivery notices
Program requirements
LRP is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by incorrect contact information, blocked messages, full inboxes, spam filtering, or failure to review communications that were successfully sent.
EVENTS + EXPERIENCES
Certain LRP events or experiences may involve water, props, food, makeup, body products, physical movement, specialty equipment, outdoor environments, or other conditions specific to the event.
Additional safety information, waivers, restrictions, or participation requirements may apply.
Those requirements will be disclosed separately when applicable.
CHANGES, RESCHEDULING + UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
LRP may occasionally need to modify an event date, set, location, vendor, concept detail, schedule, included element, or other aspect of an offering due to circumstances such as illness, weather, equipment issues, studio conditions, vendor changes, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When reasonably possible, LRP will provide a comparable replacement, rescheduled experience, credit, or other solution appropriate to the affected purchase.
Offer-specific contracts may contain additional cancellation and rescheduling provisions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LRP owns or licenses its website content, written materials, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, educational materials, product designs, event concepts, marketing materials, and other original content.
Purchasing an LRP product or service does not transfer ownership of LRP intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit LRP materials without written permission.
PERSONAL + NONTRANSFERABLE PURCHASES
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are made for the individual purchaser and may not be resold, transferred, traded, or assigned to another person without written approval from LRP.
LRP may refuse or cancel purchases that appear to involve unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or circumvention of purchase limits.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LRP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from a purchase, event, product, third-party service, platform failure, shipping carrier, payment processor, or other circumstance outside LRP’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises regarding a purchase, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or another mutually agreed alternative dispute-resolution process before pursuing litigation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lanora Ronée Photography in Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding that is not otherwise subject to mandatory jurisdiction requirements will be handled in a court having appropriate jurisdiction over Fort Worth, Texas.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
LRP may update these General Purchase Terms & Conditions for future purchases.
The version in effect on the date of your purchase will generally govern that transaction unless a later agreement is expressly accepted by both parties.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
ENTIRE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
These General Purchase Terms, together with the applicable checkout page, offer description, invoice, contract, waiver, release, payment agreement, or other purchase-specific documentation, make up the agreement applicable to your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms applicable to that purchase.
